This year the Anchorage Concert Chorus celebrates its 63rd Season, continuing its tradition of choral excellence in Anchorage and surrounding communities. Embracing a wide spectrum of choral music, ranging from classical choral masterworks to contemporary popular pieces, the 160-member Chorus usually offers a three-concert series each year.

Accomplishments -Year 2000 recipient of the Eleanor Sullivan Humanitarian Award, presented by Soroptimist International of Anchorage -Year 2000 recipient of the Governor’s Award for Outstanding Arts Organization -Tours to Czech Republic, Russa, Australia, New Zealand, Central and Eastern Europe, Scotland, England, Wales, and Canada -Fifth Place, Mixed Chorus Competition, Llanglollen International Musical Eisteddfod, 1996.
